Returns & Support
If your item arrives damaged or defective, is incorrect, or differs significantly from its description or the specifications agreed before purchase, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Contact us about missing components or concerns about workmanship, materials, or performance so we can discuss an appropriate solution.
For customized products and items supplied to individually approved project requirements, the confirmed specifications form the basis of your order. Correctly supplied, defect-free items matching those requirements are not eligible for return. Product-issue claims remain eligible for assessment. Standard catalog items purchased for a project follow the general return conditions.
Returns solely because a different style, finish, or size is preferred are not available for correctly supplied, defect-free items. Opening, inspecting, or installing an item does not automatically exclude a claim for an original defect.
AxisLumen covers necessary shipping for approved product-issue returns, including necessary international return shipping and applicable customs charges.
