We currently deliver to the United States and Canada.
Most AxisLumen products are made to order or prepared in small production batches.

- Estimated production time: 10–15 business days
- Estimated transit time after dispatch: 15–30 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: approximately 25–52 days from order confirmation
We offer complimentary standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States and Canada. The price displayed at checkout is the final amount charged to the customer by AxisLumen for the order.
Delivery timelines may vary due to destination, carrier scheduling, customs, holidays, weather, seasonal volume, or other logistics conditions outside our direct control.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional costs or delays caused by incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or special delivery requirements may be the customer’s responsibility.

7. Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and materials
- Free of damage not caused during delivery
Return shipping is free for eligible returns within the United States and Canada.

Exchanges are generally handled as a return followed by a new order unless otherwise approved by our support team.
11. Warranty
AxisLumen provides a two-year warranty covering manufacturing-related defects under normal use.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by installation
- Improper use, handling, cleaning, or maintenance
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, power issues, or environmental conditions
- Natural variations in materials such as stone, alabaster, wood, glass, or metal finishes
Warranty claims are reviewed based on product details, usage context, and supporting information. Depending on the situation, we may offer repair, replacement parts, replacement product, refund, or another appropriate solution.
12. Installation and Electrical Responsibility
Lighting products should be installed by a qualified electrician or professional installer.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the product is suitable for their local electrical standards, building codes, ceiling structure, installation environment, and intended use.
AxisLumen is not responsible for damage, injury, installation failure, electrical issues, or code violations caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or use in unsuitable conditions.
