AxisLumen offers lighting for residential interiors, commercial spaces, and projects. Our collections include chandeliers, pendant lights, wall lights, flush mounts, floor lamps, and table lamps.
Product specifications, available options, quantities, and preparation times vary by item. If you have an essential requirement, please contact us before payment so we can confirm the relevant details.
2. Use of Our Website
By using this website, you agree that you will not:

3. Product Information

Natural materials may have differences in colour, grain, texture, or pattern. Relevant variations or tolerances should be described before purchase. These do not excuse damage, faulty workmanship, or a significant difference from the agreed product.
You may share preferences when ordering. Requirements beyond the listed options need our written confirmation. Please confirm essential dimensions, finishes, electrical requirements, or other specifications with us before payment.
Any agreed change affecting the product, price, or delivery schedule will be explained for your approval before we proceed.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the product page and at checkout. The order total, including any taxes or agreed charges collected by AxisLumen, is shown before payment.
Complimentary standard delivery to the United States and Canada includes the shipping costs and applicable import duties and tariffs covered by our Delivery Policy.
Any alternative delivery arrangement and related additional charge will be explained and agreed in writing before you place your order. Changes to an agreed price require your approval before an additional charge is made.
The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, we will contact you and arrange a full refund.
5. Orders and Order Confirmation
After placing an order, please check your confirmation and contact us promptly if anything needs correcting.
To request a change or cancellation, email [email protected] with your order number. A full refund is available when a cancellation request reaches us before dispatch and before any separately agreed work for your individual requirements has begun.
Where an order involves approved changes, such as size or finish alterations, any associated cancellation conditions and the point at which they apply will be explained before payment. Once that work begins or the order is dispatched, cancellation solely because preferences or plans have changed is no longer available.
We assess cancellation eligibility using the time your request reaches us. Eligible cancellation refunds are issued within seven business days of receiving the request, or sooner where applicable law requires.
If we cannot fulfill an order, verify payment, resolve an order-information problem, or supply an item at the agreed terms, we will contact you. If the order is cancelled after payment, the refund will be returned to the original payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped from China to the United States and Canada.
Preparation and dispatch estimates vary by item, quantity, and confirmed requirements. The applicable estimate is displayed for the product or confirmed in writing before payment. Larger orders and orders requiring additional arrangements receive an agreed schedule before payment.
Total estimated delivery time includes the preparation period and the transit period after dispatch. Please review the applicable estimate before ordering and contact us if you have an essential delivery deadline.
Standard delivery is complimentary within the United States and Canada, with applicable import duties and tariffs covered by AxisLumen. Alternative delivery arrangements and any related additional charges require written agreement before purchase.
If we cannot dispatch within the timeframe agreed at purchase, we will contact you with an updated estimate where available and offer the choice of accepting the delay or cancelling the affected unshipped items for a full refund.

7. Returns and Refunds
If your item arrives damaged or defective, is incorrect, or differs significantly from its description or agreed specifications, you may request a return within thirty calendar days of delivery. If components are missing, contact us so we can arrange the missing parts or discuss another appropriate solution.
We will review the concern with you and explain the available remedies. AxisLumen covers necessary return shipping and applicable customs charges for approved product-issue returns.
Returned items are reviewed within seven business days of receipt. Where a refund is agreed, it is issued to the original payment method within seven business days of confirmation, or sooner where applicable law requires.
An eligible product-issue refund includes the amount paid for the affected item, attributable original delivery charges, and applicable taxes collected by AxisLumen. Approved refunds have no restocking or payment processing deductions.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, appears defective, is incorrect, or has missing components. Include your order number, a description of the concern, and photos or a short video where reasonably available.
Please keep the packaging where reasonably possible while we review the issue. Missing original packaging does not automatically prevent an eligible claim.
We will assess the concern and discuss an appropriate solution, such as replacement components, repair, replacement, or a refund. Necessary shipping for an approved remedy is covered by AxisLumen.
If a defect becomes apparent later, please still contact us. The initial reporting period does not limit support under our warranty or applicable statutory rights.
9. Non-Returnable Items
Customized products and items supplied to individual project requirements are assessed against the dimensions, finishes, drawings, and other details approved for the order.
Items created or altered to those individually approved requirements are not eligible for return when supplied correctly, matching the agreed specifications, and free from defects.
If such an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or differs significantly from the agreed specifications, you can still request a return or another appropriate solution under our Return & Refund Policy.
Standard catalog items purchased as part of a project follow the general return conditions. Returns solely because a different style, finish, or size is preferred are not available for correctly supplied, defect-free items.
Opening, inspecting, or installing an item does not automatically exclude a claim for an original defect.
10. Exchanges
A replacement may be requested for an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the agreed product. We will confirm the available options and arrangements with you.
Exchanges solely for another style, finish, or size are not available when the original item was supplied correctly and is free from defects. Please contact us before purchasing if you would like help checking product details.
11. Warranty
AxisLumen provides a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can assess the available assistance.
Normal wear and damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorized alterations are outside warranty coverage. Accurately disclosed natural material variations are not, by themselves, defects.
Inspection, installation, or a later modification does not automatically invalidate a claim for an unrelated original defect.
Depending on the issue, assistance may include repair, replacement components, replacement, or a refund. The warranty is additional to your applicable statutory rights.
12. Installation and Electrical Responsibility
Lighting should be installed by a suitably qualified professional in accordance with the product instructions and applicable local requirements.
Please review the listed voltage, dimensions, mounting requirements, intended location, and any stated compatibility information before purchase. If you need a particular certification, dimming arrangement, or technical specification, contact us before payment for confirmation.
We can help clarify the product information for your installer. Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or unauthorized alterations is outside product-issue coverage; this does not exclude a claim for an unrelated original defect or limit applicable statutory rights.
13. Customization and Project Orders
If you have a complete product proposal or detailed project requirements, contact us to discuss feasibility, specifications, quantities, pricing, and scheduling.
The agreed scope, dimensions, finishes, drawings, delivery arrangements, price, and any special cancellation conditions will be confirmed in writing before payment. Changes affecting the agreed work or charges require your approval before we proceed.
Preferences relating to an existing catalog item can be shared when ordering. Essential requirements and requests beyond the listed options should be confirmed with us before payment.
Standard catalog items included in a project remain subject to the general return conditions. Items created or altered to individual requirements follow the customized-item provisions in our Return & Refund Policy.

All website content, including images, product descriptions, logos, graphics, layouts, text, and design materials, belongs to AxisLumen or its content providers and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without permission.

Payment providers, shipping companies, and other service providers help us process and support your order. If you have a payment, delivery, or product concern, contact AxisLumen so we can investigate and assist you.

17. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for the product involved in that order.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
This section does not remove the assistance described in our delivery, return, and warranty policies. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights, remedies, or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. The terms provided when an order is placed continue to apply to that order, unless a later change is expressly agreed with you or applicable law requires otherwise.
