At AxisLumen, each lighting piece is prepared with attention to material quality and structural integrity. Our delivery process reflects the nature of our products — many of which are produced to order and require careful handling throughout production and transit.

The information below outlines our order processing, production timelines, and shipping practices.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 7 business days after payment has been confirmed. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may extend slightly due to higher order volumes.

Most AxisLumen products are made to order or prepared in small production batches.

  • Estimated production time: 10–15 business days

This allows for consistent material selection and finishing across each piece.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A direct tracking link
  • A summary of your order details

2. Delivery Timeframes

We currently deliver to the United States and Canada.

  • Shipping method: International air freight
  • Estimated transit time: 15–30 business days after dispatch

Total estimated delivery time: approximately 25–52 days from order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on destination, carrier scheduling, and seasonal logistics conditions.

3. Shipping Fees

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada. The price displayed at checkout is the final amount charged to the customer.

4. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order is on its way, your tracking information will activate within a few days as the carrier processes the package.

If tracking updates do not appear immediately, this is normal. Carriers may require additional time to scan and register the shipment.

  • Include photos if your item was damaged
