The Glacière SMOKE GLASS TIERED CHANDELIER 47" brings a dramatic, ice-inspired presence to large interiors with its layered arrangement of smoke glass slabs and warm brass-toned detailing. Its sculptural silhouette recalls fractured frozen forms, pairing textured cast glass with a refined metal framework for a look that feels both luminous and architectural.
Each pane is handcrafted of solid cast glass and formed in a custom mold to achieve a distinctive rippled, crumpled texture that softly diffuses light. The multi-tier composition creates depth and rhythm while allowing illumination to glow from within, highlighting the chandelier’s tiered structure and smoky tonal variation.
Designed for statement-scale spaces, this chandelier is handcrafted of solid cast glass and steel with a lacquered burnished brass finish. It is rated for sixteen 60W max. incandescent bulbs or sixteen 9W max. LED bulbs with an E26 base; bulbs are included. It is dimmer switch compatible for adjustable ambiance.
The fixture measures 46½" diameter x 51" high, with a minimum installed height of 65¼" and a maximum height of 10'11". Installation hardware includes a 7¾" diameter canopy, adjustable connectable rods comprising two 6", two 12", and two 18" segments, plus a 12' long cord for customizable suspension. Total weight is 354 lbs.
This hardwired chandelier is manufactured to 110–120V US standards for US and Canadian markets and is Certified to Dry UL electrical standard for indoor use in dry locations. It cannot be mounted on a vaulted ceiling. Because it weighs more than 50 lbs., it requires additional bracing above the ceiling and cannot be mounted alone to a standard outlet box. To maintain the finish, wipe with a soft, dry cloth and avoid cleaners or abrasives.
